Where do I report an accident?
To your own insurer, not to us. If anyone is hurt after a crash, call 911.
Can you change my mileage on a policy?
No. Contact your insurer to update rating information.
Do you connect me with agents?
No. No agent will call because of this site. We do not refer or match anyone to companies.
Can I skip the texts?
Never automatically. The form has two separate unchecked boxes, and you can submit without ticking either one.
Who gets my information?
Nobody in the insurance business. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with insurers, agents, quote sites or other partners. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Will you give me a quote or tell me what I should pay?
No. Prices depend on your state, your vehicle, your drivers and each company’s own formula. We explain the pieces so you can ask better questions of insurers yourself.
How do I unsubscribe or have my data deleted?

Do you sell low-mileage insurance?
No.
What does signing up give me?
Plain-language information on the topic you choose, by email if you give one. If you opt in to texts, you also get short texts pointing to the same guides.

Does Odomelo work as an insurance company, agent or broker?
Not at all. We write general guides about auto insurance. We do not sell it, we are not licensed to, and none of it is insurance, legal or financial advice.
Do I have to share my phone number?
No. The contact fields are optional. Name, topic and the privacy checkbox are what the form needs.
